โฆ Synopsis
Discussed are the details of the ground state of 2D electrons above liquid helium in the presence of high magnetic field normal to the helium surface. It is shown that the high magnetic field results in the appearance of a noticeable fraction of autolocalized electrons so that both for ripplon and gas atom scattering the effective conductivity is governed by the mobility and concentration of both free and autolocalized electrons.
