It is shown that impurity atoms distributed in the stress field of a dislocation obey Fermi-Dime statistics. This result is applied to two experimental situations. In the first o&se, it enables us to determine the binding energy of an impurity to a dislocation, and in the second we see why another attempt to do this went astray. D'une part, il permet de determiner l'energie de liaison entre une dislocation et un atome d'impurete et d'autre part il montre pourquoi un essai anterieur de determination de cette m6me Bnergie, fut errone. ZUR VERTEILUNG VON VERUNREINIGUNGSATOMEN IM SPANNUNGSFELD EINER VERSETZUNG Es wird gezeigt, dess Verunreinigungsatome im Spammngsfeld einer Versetsung der Fermi-Dirao-Statistik gehorchen. Dies ermiiglicht einerseits die Bestimmung der Bindungsenergie zwischen Verumeinigungsatomen und Versetzungen, sndererseits wird dadurch klar, warum em anderer Versuch dieser Art auf Irrwege ftihrte.
