Abstract
In this article an algorithm to generate selfโavoiding chains fitting a predefined lattice is described. The lattice has to fulfill some mild conditions but can be one, two, or many dimensional. The chains are random in the sense that they are calculated in such a way that every chain fitting the lattice has the same chance to be constructed.

## Abstract The molecular weight of a Gaussian polymer chain can be obtained from the intercept of the asymptote in a plot of the inverse structure factor 1/__S__(__q__) as a function of the square of the wave vector __q__^2^. Using an ฯต expansion and scaling arguments, we show that in a good solve
