## Abstract In this paper we construct __G__βHilbert schemes for finite group schemes __G__. We find a construction of __G__βHilbert schemes as relative __G__βHilbert schemes over the quotient that does not need the Hilbert scheme of __n__ points, works under more natural assumptions and gives addi

β¦ Synopsis
A general method for the construction of kinetic schemes of evolutionary equations is illustrated with the simple example of the linear advection equation, where the role of the collision effect is clarified theoretically and numerically. The application to the compressible Euler equation and Navier-Stokes equation is explained. The theoretical backgrounds of the existing kinetic schemes, such as the Pullin scheme for the Euler equation and Chou-Baganoff scheme and modified Prendergast-Xu scheme for the Navier-Stokes equation, are unified and their intrinsic errors are revealed.

The lifting scheme has been found to be a flexible method for constructing scalar wavelets with desirable properties. Here it is extended to the construction of multiwavelets. It is shown that any set of compactly supported biorthogonal multiwavelets can be obtained from the Lazy matrix filters with
Originally, kinetic schemes have been used as numerical methods to solve the system of compressible Euler equations in gas dynamics. The main idea in the approach is to construct the numerical flux function based on a microscopical description of the gas. In this article the schemes are investigated
Pesticide resistance management needs an indication of the risk of resistance developing in pests against pesticide applications. This paper describes an evaluation system for the ranking of these risks. The term pests includes all organisms which are causing economic damage in agriculture, includin
