The pseudospectral method is used for the first time to solve the thermohydrodynamic lubrication equations for a slider bearing. The orthogonal polynomials used in the series expansions are Lagrangian interpolants derived from a Legendre basis. Exponential convergence to exact solutions is demonstra
In this paper, a no¨el semianalytical higher order numerical approach to sol¨e electromagnetic field boundary ¨alue problems is described. This pseudospectral-based method of lines is de¨eloped by combining the pseudospectral technique and the method of lines so that it not only has a high accuracy
## Abstract A new approach of using multiwavelets in the edge element method for electromagneticβwave problems is presented. In this approach, the multiscalets are employed as the basis functions. Because of the smoothness, completeness, compact support, and interpolation property of the multiscale
