## Abstract A mechanism of high‐__T__~c~ superconductivity related to the perovskite crystal structure is proposed by a β€œphonon attenuation model”, which means that in the perovskite‐like crystal structure, a number of β€œordering” vacancies or holes occur due to the non‐stoichiometric structure feat

When two bands overlapping on the Fermi level are nearly unstable against the band splitting, two electrons in the same bands should be strongly attractive. This attractive interaction enhanced by the instability is a candidate of the origin of the high T c in the perovskite-type oxides.
