✦ Synopsis

The influence of small-scale turbulence on large-scale perturbations is studied in the model of 2-D electron magnetohy-Ž . drodynamics EMHD , in which the magnetic field has all three components. It is shown that in addition to positive turbulent viscosity and an analogue of aeffect caused by helicity of turbulence, which are typical to 3-D EMHD turbulence, such 2-D turbulence results in turbulent resistivity, which is caused by anisotropy of turbulence and can be negative.
