## Abstract Measurements of particle size and concentration of atmospheric dust have been made at Alexandria in various degrees of turbidity. Except for β€˜dust haze,’ reasonable agreement is obtained between the measurements and Koschmieder's equation for visibility in terms of optical attenuation.
