It is shown how the refinement of groups of atoms as rigid entities can be implemented in a molecular mechanics program. The method is worked out for the Newton-Raphson scheme and eventually combined with other constraints, including the Eckart conditions. An example is also given.

β¦ Synopsis
We construct examples of linearly rigid tuples which lead to regular Galois Ε½ . Ε½ 2 . realizations over β«ήβ¬ for linear and unitary groups GL q and U q ,
where q is odd and m ) q y 1 resp. m ) q q 1 . The notion of linear Ε½ rigidity was introduced by Strambach and Volklein J. Reine Angew. Math., to . Ε½ appear as an analogue of Katz' physically rigid systems see N. M. Katz, ''Rigid

## Abstract This study is based on three premises: (a) Leadership style affects the level of concern for subordinate safety; (b) Concern for safety, operationalized with supervisory practices, provides the source for safety climate perceptions; and (c) Safety priority as assigned by higher superior
