The present paper is concerned with the investigation of disturbances in a homogeneous, isotropic elastic medium with generalized thermoelastic diffusion. The formulation is applied to the generalized thermoelasticity based on the Green and Naghdi (GN) theory under the effect of diffusion. The analy
