โฆ Synopsis
This note contains an investigation of the pole placement problem in interconnected systems (A, Bd), when local, static state-vector feedbacks are applied. It is examined only for systems consisting of two interconnected subsystems, and it is shown that it has a solution under the very general assumptions of the global and the local controllability, when additionally system matrix A has a particular structure. It is also proven that, with the present approach, at least one eigenvalue of the closed-loop system has to be real, and satisfy a certain condition.
