Fermentation equations for acetone-butanol (AB) were applied in a metabolic analysis of the reaction network under various conditions; that is, at different pHs and a high NADH 2 turnover rate using methyl viologen, in a Clostridium acetobutylicum culture. The results disclosed variations in the pat
