The purpose of this article is to get effective information about the following two problems: (1) Making a polynomial irreducible by changing coefficients of lower degree terms. (2) Existence of irreducibles of low degree in a given arithmetic progression in polynomial ring over finite field.

The purpose of this note is the following: (1) To get an upper bound for the number of monic irreducible polynomials in % O [ยน ] obtained by changing coefficients of a polynomial in lower degree terms. (2) To generalize the Titchmarsh Linnik divisor problem to polynomial ring % O [ยน ] and prove an a
We characterize continuous linear endomorphisms which commute with a fixed Carlitz difference operator on the space of continuous F q -linear functions defined over the completion of F q [T] in terms of a bounded sequence, which is closely related to hyper-differential operators. This leads us to es
Myocardial hemorrhage can be assessed implementing T2 and T2\* mapping techniques, however robust myocardial T2 and T2\* mapping is challenging at 3T. The goal of this study was to test T2 and T2\* myocardial mapping techniques at 3T, with potential improvement in image quality on a system employing
