During 1H 2002, the company introduced three new detergent enzymes: Lipex, an effective new lipase for removing fat stains, and Savinase Ultra and Termamyl Ultra 300 L, a new protease and amylase respectively, both with increased stability and storage for use in liquid detergents. Sales of other technical enzymes, etc rose by 27%.
