Abstract

Three female patients with ultrasound criteria of pelvic cysts but with wads of omentum mimicking cystic structures are reported. In 2 patients the omentum was involved in an inflammatory process; in the third, normal omentum was found filling old surgical defects. All were confirmed surgically.
