Cystic lesions of the omentum and mesentery are uncommon and seldom diagnosed except at surgery or autopsy. A case of an omental cyst that mimicked a gallbladder in a patient with a previous cholecystectomy is presented. Other cystic masses that may occur in the right upper quadrant will be discussed.
