The association o f an ovarian tumour with Ollier's disease or the Maffucci Syndrome is rare. We report what we believe to be the first patient with Ollier's disease associated with an ovarian tumour who later developed a secondary ehondrosarcoma. Nous prbsentons un cas de maladie d'Ollier associbe & une tumeur de l'ovaire, ayant dkveloppb secondairement un chondrosarcome. A notre connaissance aucun cas de ce genre n'a btb publib. fibula was tender. Radiographs showed a destructive, expansile lesion involving the proximal 5 cms of the fibula, with no soft tissue swelling (Fig. 1 a, b). Computerized tomography of the fibula confirmed the radiographic findings. Further radiographs did not demonstrate any metastases. An open biopsy of the lesion suggested an atypical chondroma, but because of the strong suspicion of malignancy a wide excision of the tumour was performed, including removal of the proximal fourth of the fibula. Histological examination showed a low grade
