## Dear Editor I was fascinated to read the case report by McDonald et al. (2002). The similarities with my own case (Byrne et al., 1987) (which you were kind enough to publish 15 years ago) are striking. McDonald's case showed impaired cognition at only moderately raised serum calcium levels. Thi
