Presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome, or POHS, is a disease which usually presents itself in the classic triad of clinical signs: peripapillary atrophy, peripheral 'punched-out' scarring, and a macular lesion. This paper describes two cases: one which is a classic case, and another which is an unusual presentation of the same disease.
