✦ Synopsis

The specular reflection spectra of crysralline PIC iodide measured at 11 K yield sh-ucture essentially identical with the aggregate J-band of PIG. This establishes the aggregate's proposed brickwork pattern. The bandwidth of the crysml J-band shows a rapid decrcav Irom 70 IO 40 K. Vibrational s~mc~ure is associated wilh Ihe band in the crystal.
