Using a sample of 4.7 fb -1 integrated luminosity accumulated with the CLEO-II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring (CESR), we have measured the ratios of branching fractions .52 ± 0.14 + 0.29) x 10 -2, and the upper limit: ~(r-~ K-K+Tr-Tr°t/r)/l~(T -~ h-h+h-Tr°u~.) < 0.0154 at 95% C.L. We
