✦ Synopsis

The proton NMR spectra of Ha adsorbed on ZI Rh/T'102 catalyst hove brcn mexured. These observatrons are consrstent with a model for the adsorptron which allows the production of mobile hydrogenic species on the Tr02 surface, possibly by sprllover mechamsms, and more strongly bound species assocrated with the Rh atoms.

Heterogeneous catalysis is still the industrial cornerstone in the production of basic chemicals, polymers, and in some instances fine chemicals. One of the key problems in developing new heterogeneous catalysts has been the low content of active sites coupled with their diversity, which makes their
