## AELSTRA~~: This paper is concerned with the analysis of the problem of dynamic perforation of visco-plastic plates by a cylindrical projectile, leading to a failure of the plate by a plug formation. Assuming the behavior of the plate material is nonlocal visco-plastic, the classical theory of vis

β¦ Synopsis
The authors' previous analyses of normal perforation of thin plate by high speed projectiles are generalized to include truncated cones, at oblique striking angles. A complete velocity-displacement history is obtained for the most general case. Results are presented in graphical form.

## Abstract We study the bending of a thin plate, stiffened with a thin elastic layer, of thickness Ξ΄. We describe the complete construction of an asymptotic expansion with respect to Ξ΄ of the solution of the KirchhoffβLove model and give optimal estimates for the remainder. We identify approximate
## Abstract We are interested in the study of a thin plate, periodicially perforated by cylindrical holes, the axes of which are perpendicular to the plane of the plate. A horizontal section of the plate specifies its geometry, and shows a periodicity in the order of Ο΅. The thickness of the plate i
A simple model of the transverse vibrations of a thin rectangular porous plate saturated by a #uid is proposed. The model is based on the classical theory of homogeneous plates and on Biot's stress}strain relations in an isotropic porous medium with a uniform porosity. Two coupled dynamic equations
