✦ Synopsis
Dr Gaillard, beginning in 1985, became a Member of the Swiss Society for Short-Term Psychotherapy, which later became the Swiss Institute for IS-TDP. From 1988 until recently, he served as President of this organization. He has played a major role in setting up symposia and immersion courses on IS-TDP throughout Europe, as well as establishing the Swiss Institute as one of the leading training centers in Dr Davanloo's system of IS-TDP.
Besides his great academic achievements, Dr Gaillard was a very kind and gentle man. He was highly dedicated to his family as well as to his friends and colleagues. Always reliable, loyal, a man of a very high integrity and honesty, Dr Gaillard will be deeply missed. To his family, friends and colleagues we, on behalf of this Journal and its readers, extend our deepest sympathies.
