Six pts had progressive disease, two pts died in infections (1. Candida tropicalis pneumonia caused fatal pulmonary bleeding on day +8; 2. in another case a multiorgan failure developed after Enterococcus sepsis on day +115). Follow up time is 28 months (1 78), 12/17 pts are in complete remission (CR).
