โœฆ Synopsis

We consider the one band Hubbard model in the Slave Bosom formulation first introduced by Kotliar a.ud Ruckenstein. Applying a modified Mean Field Approxima.tion (MFA), I 1 11 w lit I a ows for broken symmetry st,ates, we numerically determine the values of the involved Bose fields at the saddle point. Our data for local Fermion correlation fuuctions agree surprisiugly well with da.ta obtained in recent Quantum Monte Carlo calcula.tions.

We present in this paper detailed numerical Vlasov simulations of the Hamiltonian Mean-Field model. This model is used as a representative of the class of systems under long-range interactions. We check existing results on the stability of the homogeneous situation and analyze numerical properties o

We analyze the Poisson structure of the time-dependent meanfield equations for condensed bosons and construct the Lie Poisson bracket associated to these equations. The latter follow from the time-dependent variational principle of Balian and Ve ne roni when a Gaussian Ansatz is chosen for the densi
