Electrical resistivity measurements of YbInCu 4 were carried out under several pressures up to P ΒΌ 7:0 GPa and temperatures down to 0.3 K. At 2.9 GPa, YbInCu 4 undergoes a valence transition with hysteresis. Above 3.3 GPa, the valence transition completely disappears, as found in our previous work.
