Abstract
^13^C^15^N coupling constants of a stable azomethine ylide, a 2‐aza‐1,3‐diene and an O‐tosyloxime have been measured. The large one‐bond coupling constants (21·3 and 21·6 Hz) observed for the azomethine ylide prove the dipolar structure of this compound. For the other two compounds, two‐bond coupling constants are used to derive the stereochemistry at the C,N double bond.

## Abstract The coupling constants ^n^__J__(^77^Se^31^P), __n__ = 1–4, have been measured in the proton‐decoupled ^31^P NMR spectra of a range of diphosphorus selenides and diselenides. ^31^P–{^1^H, ^31^P} and ^31^P–{^1^H, ^77^Se} triple resonance experiments have been used to establish the signs o
Four simple and sensitive HNCO-based methods for measurement of 1J(C'Calpha), 1J(NCalpha) and 2J(NCalpha) coupling constants in protein main chains are presented. Three of these experiments enable the simultaneous measurement of 1J(C'Calpha), 1J(NCalpha) and 2J(NCalpha) couplings. Exploitation of th
We present a simple method for extracting interference effects between chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) and dipolar coupling from spin relaxation measurements in macromolecules, and we apply this method to extracting cross-correlation rates involving interference of amide 15N CSA and 15N-1H dipolar c
The magnitude of 1J(1SN13C) in para-substituted benzenediazonium ions has been used to assess the importance of the several resonance forms contributing to the ground state of the ion. From a comparison of values observed in &nitro-and Mimethylamino-benzenediazonium ions and their respective 3,S-dim
