β¦ Synopsis
It was found from the chemical shifts measurements of carbon-13 and proton resonances, that the phosphate group of lecithin forms charge-transfer complex with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol, but not with s-trinitrobenzene. The conclusion is, that hydrogen bond formed between phenolio OH proton and phosphate group of lecithin facilitates electron transfer process.
