revisions to all the data sets for this nuclide have been made, based on the new high-spin study of 1995Sc39.

F r o m t h e i n t e r c o n n e c t i o n s o f d i f f e r e n t r o t a t i o n a l b a n d s i n 1 9 9 5 S c 3 9 , t h e a s s i g n m e n t o f t h e g r o u n d s t a t e a n d its spin have been revised. There does not seem any evidence to support isomerism in 1 6 5 Lu as proposed earlier in the 1987 Nuclear Data Sheets (and the 1992 update) of A=165, the Wall Chart of Nuclides and by 1997Au04.
