✦ Synopsis
63Cu NQR measurement has been carried out in superconducting and nonsuperconducting {metallic) TISr2CaCu207-~ . In the superconducting material, 1/T1 follows the TiT=const. relation only in a narrow temperature range above Tc, suggesting the existence of the AF spin fluctuation. The reduction of I/TIT observed in the nonsuperconducting sample suggests that the suppression of the spin fluctuation by the overdoped hole destroys the superconductivity.
