net sales of €245 M (€209 M for its 1Q 2009) and recurring EBITDA of €38 M (€14 M). Novecare reported significant improvement in profit driven by increased activity (volumes up by 18% year-on-year) across all regions, particularly in Asia. Volumes in the Industrial and the Agrochemical markets enjoyed a strong recovery. The Oilfield chemicals business is progressively recovering quarter after quarter. In 2Q 2010, Novecare should continue to deliver good performance.
