An active powerjilter (APF) is proposed which eliminates harmonics, compensates reactive power and neutral current in a three-phase four-wire electric system supplying non-linear loads. An insulated-gate-bipolar-transistor (IGBT)-basedpulse-width modulation (PWM) voltage source inverter (VSI) with a
