## Abstract A 12βmer peptide nucleic acid (PNA) directed against the nociceptin/orphanin FQ receptor mRNA was disulfide bridged with various peptides without and with cellβpenetrating features. The cellular uptake and the antisense activity of these conjugates were assessed in parallel. Quantitatio
