Abstract
Two new alkaloids, sessilifolines A (1) and B (2a), were isolated from the stems of Stemona sessilifolia, together with three known alkaloids, tuberstemonine (3), sessilifoliamide A (4), and stemoninoamide (5). Their structures were established by massβspectrometric and spectroscopic methods, especially 2DβNMR techniques.
