Abstract

1,2‐O‐Isopropyliden‐3‐O‐methyl‐α‐D‐glucofuranose (2a) reagiert mit N‐Dichlormethylen‐N,N‐dimethylammoniumchlorid (1) zum 5‐carbamoyl‐6‐chlor‐6‐desoxy‐Derivat 3 (85%). 1,2‐O‐Isopropyliden‐α‐D‐glucofuranose (2b) ergibt mit 1 die 3,6‐Anhydroverbindung 4 (72%). Aus den Methylpyranosiden der D‐Glucose bzw. D‐Mannose bzw. D‐Galaktose 5a—c entstehen mit 1 unter modifizierten Bedingungen die entsprechenden 4‐Carbamoyl‐6‐chlor‐6‐desoxyglykoside 6a—c in Ausbeuten bis zu 85%.
