An international symposium with the title "Host Tumor Interactions" has been scheduled for May 18-20, 1961, at the Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Mich. T h e symposium will deal with the mechanisms of cell and tissue interactions at a basic biological level and attempt to provide an interpretation of certain aspects of neoplastic disease on this foundation.
