We wish to apologise to our Subscribers and Contributors for the unusual and prolonged delay in publishing this issue of the Journal Unfortunately our Printers have been experiencing some difficulties, the result being the belated appearance of the Journal. We hope that our readers and contributors will appreciate that we have not been helped by recent events in the economy; the imposition of the 3-day-working week has caused delays over and above those due to the Printers problems.
