You will, I am sure, be interested to know that the Lick 'Trustees have decided to purchase from E. Fell and Mantois a 36inch crown disc which was made by them a t the same time with the crown disc of the objectice now in the hands of the Clarks; and that the Messrs. Clark have received the order to figure this disc as a third (photographic) lens for the large objective.
