Tsurumi was approached by CE2A owner and MD, Alain du Petit Thouars two years ago in relation to the purchase. Du Petit Thouars will stay on as CE2A MD in the first year and then continue to work with Tsurumi in a consultancy capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
