✦ Synopsis
This paper introduces configural analysis of complementary incrementa (CACI), a method for detecting multivariate shifea in location. CACI ia based on the concept of multivariate point symmetry of dichotomous incrementa of outcome variables from pre-to-poet treatment. Two-aample CACI allows the evaluation of multivariate treatment effecte even if there is a confound with spontaneous remiesion. The example given wae taken from reaearch on drugs. Clinical application and generalimtiona are also d i e c u d .
