## Abstract Modeling and simulation of seminconductor devices requires solution of highly nonlinear equations, such as the Boltzmann transport, hydrodynamic, and drift‐diffusion equations. The conventional finite‐element method (FEM) and finite difference (FD) schemes always result in oscillatory r
