In studying ultrafast nonlinear optical response of semiconductor system around exciton resonance, coherent propagation effect plays a very important role. In this work, nonlinear coherent propagation of femtosecond optical pulses in semiconductors is studied by time resolved spectroscopy. For ZnP2
