Abstract
The amplitude solitonic solutions are investigated on the phenomenological base applied earlier to the superionic conductor (SC) phase transition into the charge density wave (CDW) state. These solitons โ long range CDW modulations โ can be produced by an external electric field in the SC symmetrical phase. For sufficiently strong fields such solitons represent the unstability channel with respect to the CDW formation throughout the crystal above the transition point. Due to the additional charge redistribution the mentioned solitons can be observed experimentally.
