A miniaturized glucose biosensor in which glucose oxidase (GOD) and poly(p-phenylenediamine) (poly-PPD) were coimmobilized at the surface of a platinum microdisk electrode was developed and used successfully for amperometric determination of glucose. The performance of sensors prepared at different
