✦ Synopsis

In this work the fluorescence line narrowing technique has been applied to study the 2E+4A2 emission hand of Cr"+ ions embedded in natural eosphorite (AlPO,(Mn,Fe) (OH)z.2H20) crystals. The 10 K emission spectrum only consists of the inhe mogeneously broadened R, emission band, which appears clearly structured. This structure has been interpreted as a consequence of the presence of four Cr'+ non-equivalent sites.

A study has been made of the nature of active sites, stereospecificity of their action and the regularities of diene polymerization catalysed by chromium.containing systems. All possible polymer structures with high stereospecificity can be produced for butadiene and isoprene with n-allyl chromium c
