Functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) plays an important role in eliminating nanotube aggregation for reinforcing polymeric materials. We prepared a new class of natural rubber (NR)/MWCNT composites by using latex compounding and selfassembly technique. The MWCNTs were function
