In a recent article 1 in this journal Wesley C. Salmon presented a highly original Bayesian analysis of Hume's Dialogues Concerning Natural Religion. 106 DAVID RAYNOR self thought that Price's work put the controversy about miracles in a "new and plausible and ingenious, and perhaps solid" light.
