✦ Synopsis
The measurement of electrical noise spectra is a useful method of determining relaxation phenomena associated with transport of electrons in semiconductors I and transport of ions across ion-exchange membranes 2 . It was therefore thought that noise measurements could give valuable information about the kinetics of transport of ions across interfaces. In this note, we describe experimental procedures and preliminary results on one such system.
