An NMR spin echo measurement of driven vortex molaon in a type II superconductor is reported The effect ,~f vortex displacement during the measurement is to reduce the spin echo amplitude. A model for the effect is used to obtain the penetration depth (A) of multifilament NbTt alloy wire as a function of temperature A limiting low temperature value ,X(0) = 250 4-25 nm ts found.
